What is a cold call?
"To make an unsolicited visit or telephone call to (someone), in an attempt to sell goods or services."
Cold calling is attributed to those who call without a pre-arrange appointment.

Who does the "NO COLD CALLING" apply to?
It applies to everyone who does not have a pre-arranged appointment. Whether you're selling goods or services, canvasing for political reasons, collecting for charity or representing a religious group. If you do not have an appointment, you are a cold caller.
Can you call without an appointment?
We're happy to open the door, or converse via intercom with cold callers, however, its our time and time is valuable, you'll be disturbing us from what we're doing, taking us away from work or loved ones.
For the service of opening the door, or talking over an intercom, we will charge £500 to all those who do not have an appointment.
Can you avoid paying the cold calling fee?
You sure can!
We know callers have a job to do, so we're happy to arrange a FREE appointment at a mutually suitable time.
Or, you can simply not call.... its up to you!
